Web design in Formentera and Ibiza

Custom websites for businesses in Formentera and Ibiza. Fast, in several languages and built to show up on Google. You talk to the person who codes it.

Where I workFormenteraIbizaIslas BalearesEspaña

If you run a business in Formentera or Ibiza, your website works when you can't pick up the phone.

Someone looks you up on their phone. From the ferry, the beach or the airport. If your site is slow, looks bad on a phone or doesn't show a price, that person won't write to you. They move on to the next result.

I build websites so that doesn't happen.

I'm a web developer. I trained in Ibiza and worked on the island, at Tisa Internacional. There I built the Ibiza Circular platform for the Consell de Ibiza. I now live in Formentera, half an hour away by ferry. I work with businesses on both islands.

What I do

  • Brochure sites. Restaurants, villas, car and bike rental, boats, services. So whoever finds you understands in ten seconds what you do, where you are and how to book.
  • Online stores and bookings. Selling or booking from a phone, in as few steps as possible.
  • Custom applications. When you don't need a website but a tool: bookings, contracts, vehicle tracking, a panel for your team.
  • Fixing a site that fell behind. It loads slowly, looks wrong on a phone or doesn't show up on Google. Sometimes it can be fixed. Sometimes a new one is the better deal. I tell you which before we start.

What your website is for

Almost nobody hires the first name they find. People make a list and compare.

In that comparison your site does three things: it proves you exist, it shows what you offer and it builds trust. It's the last thing someone looks at before writing to you or moving on to the next name.

That's why I care about the details. They aren't decoration. They're what decides.

Why talk to the person who codes it

It's not that agencies do bad work. The model is just different.

At an agency you talk to a salesperson. One person does the design and another writes the code. Every step adds time and things that get lost along the way.

With me you talk to the person who codes your site. If something breaks, there's nobody to track down.

I also don't use templates. I write the code. So the site is light, loads fast on poor coverage and can change when your business changes.

How I work

First I understand your business. How many bookings come through the site and how many by phone or WhatsApp. What people ask before they decide. What eats most of your day.

Fixed quote before we start. In writing, with what's included and what isn't. If something falls outside it, we talk about it first, not on the invoice.

You see the progress. I don't disappear for three weeks. You watch the site take shape and correct along the way, when correcting is cheap.

Delivered working. It shows up on Google, loads fast and has the languages in place. And we go through it together so you can change text and photos yourself.

What's always included

  • Fast loading on mobile, which is where people will see you.
  • Everything Google needs to find you and understand your site.
  • The languages your business needs.
  • A contact form and a WhatsApp button, because here that's how people write.
  • Legal notice and privacy policy.
  • A walkthrough together so you can change text and images.

Real work

I don't show sample projects. These are real:

  • Love Formentera. Estate agency with nautical services. New website, photos of houses and boats, and content built to bring in bookings.
  • Love Bici. Electric bike rental in Formentera. Online store rebuilt for mobile, with simplified group booking and digital contracts.
  • Ibiza Circular. The Consell de Ibiza's official platform for managing traffic permits and fines. It reads number plates automatically. Public site and management panel.
  • Embargos APP. Complete redesign of a web application in three hours, in time for its presentation.
  • Client portfolio for an accountancy firm. Every client's information in one place. It replaced a process done by hand.

The last three I built in Ibiza, at Tisa Internacional. The commission was the company's, not mine.

You can see the detail of each one in the projects section.

Getting started

Write to me and tell me what you have now and what's failing. I look at your site, tell you whether to fix it or build a new one, and send you a fixed quote.

If fixing what you have is enough, I'll say so. That's part of the job too. And if needed, we meet in Ibiza.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a website cost in Formentera or Ibiza?

+

It depends on what you need. A brochure site doesn't cost the same as a store with bookings. Before we start I give you a fixed quote in writing. It says what's included and what isn't. No surprises later.

How long does it take?

+

A brochure site is usually ready in a few weeks, if the text and photos are ready. What delays a website most is waiting for content. If your business is seasonal, the best time to start is winter.

Do you work in Ibiza if you live in Formentera?

+

Yes. I trained in Ibiza and worked there, at Tisa Internacional. I now live in Formentera, half an hour away by ferry. Almost all the work is done remotely. For the first meeting or the handover I can be in Ibiza the same day.

Do you only work with businesses on the islands?

+

No. I work with businesses in Formentera and Ibiza, and also remotely with clients in Spain, Slovenia and other European countries.

What's the difference between you and an agency?

+

At an agency you talk to a salesperson and someone else builds the site. With me you talk to the person who codes it. Fewer middlemen, fewer misunderstandings and straight answers when something breaks.

Will the site be in several languages?

+

Yes, if your business needs it. Here that usually means Spanish, Catalan, English and Italian. Each visitor sees the site in their language, and so does Google.

Am I tied to you to change things?

+

No. The site is yours, with its domain and its code. I show you how to change text and images. If you'd rather I do it, there's maintenance. If you'd rather do it yourself, that works too.

Can you fix the site I already have?

+

Sometimes yes, and it's cheaper. The first thing I do is look at it. Then I tell you whether it's worth fixing or building a new one. If fixing it is enough, I'll say so.
